Daily Journal Names Arent Fox Partners Sarah Bruno and Jennifer Terry 'Top Women Lawyers'
Ms. Bruno leads the firm’s Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Protection group in addition to being a key partner in the Advertising & Promotions and Intellectual Property practices. She counsels clients on privacy and data security, e-commerce, advertising and promotions, and trademark and copyright matters. Ms. Bruno advises a wide breadth of clients within the United States and overseas, including those within the technology, entertainment, retail, and automotive industries. The Daily Journal recognized Ms. Bruno for her roles in developing global data programs, protecting and enforcing trademarks, clearing major advertising campaigns, and several other matters. She has been an integral part in the growth of Arent Fox’s San Francisco office and the Women’s Initiative and was named a Legal 500 Recommended Attorney in Trademarks: Non-Contentious.
Ms. Terry represents global retail, fashion, and food and beverage clients in a considerable number of labor and employment litigation issues involving wage and hour, disability, race, age, gender discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. She also frequently counsels clients on litigation prevention and compliance nationally. Her Daily Journal honor reflects several noteworthy litigation matters for major US and international corporations, including work harnessing her bilingual capabilities and knowledge of the Latin American market. Ms. Terry has been a driving force in Arent Fox’s diversity initiatives through her participation on the firm’s Diversity Committee and Associate Development Committee in Los Angeles. Ms. Terry was the recipient of the 2010 Outstanding Lawyer award for the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Los Angeles Chapter.
