Arent Fox Represents Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits in Purchase of “Masterson’s Rye” and “Bib & Tucker” Whiskey brands
With the addition of these two labels, the Deutsch Family portfolio now includes 35 of the world’s leading alcoholic beverage brands.
In 2015, Arent Fox assisted Deutsch in its purchase of the Redemption Whiskey portfolio, which crafts a variety of barrel-proof ryes and bourbons. Deutsch also owns Josh Cellars, Layer Cake and many other wine and spirits brands, including Yellow Tail wine, the number one imported wine in the US.
The Masterson’s brand is the first Canadian label to join the Deutsch Family portfolio. Its trio of limited-production barrel-aged ryes have all garnered scores of 90 points or above from Whisky Advocate. Tennessee-based Bib & Tucker produces a small-batch bourbon whiskey that recently received a 96 by The Tasting Panel.
