Representative transactions range in size from $20M to $2.5B and include all components of deal management for the lender including structuring for local law and regulatory concerns, particularly in the seniors housing and affordable housing space. Over the past several years, Faige has commanded the lending effort of over $10B worth of loans across the United States. Faige also advises institutional landlords and tenants in the leasing, management, construction and daily operation of office and retail properties, both in New York City and throughout the country.
