Meera has experience in a variety of complex litigation matters, including labor and employment, white collar defense, and environmental matters. She has actively supported matters involving extensive multi party discovery management. Meera has provided guidance to clients on a range of issues, including employee management, terminations, employee manuals, and reductions in force.
Meera is actively involved in Arent Fox's pro bono efforts, and has advised clients on issues relating to employment and domestic relations matters. In addition, she serves as a mentor to high school students in conjunction with Legal Outreach, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal education to students from underserved communities.
Prior to working at Arent Fox, Meera participated in a Diversity & Inclusion Summer Legal Internship Program at a major pharmaceutical company. Her past experience also includes working as a consultant at a major insurance brokerage, focusing on supply chain risk, enterprise risk, and crisis management.

In 2016, Meera received the firm's Albert E. Arent Pro Bono Award for outstanding contribution to the public interest.
Life Beyond the Law
Meera enjoys personal essay and fiction writing, fitness, wine and beer tasting, and any time spent in warm, tropical climates.
